Observed eggs stored top shelf. Eggs were relocated to bottom shelf.**All foods shall be protected from contamination while being stored, prepared, served, or during transportation. Section 6 (e).General Comments: (NO POINTS DEDUCTED) Observed blue small couch with tear present in arm rest. Repair/replace tear. Observed 2" pad not provided in pack n play. Provide proper height while following manufactures instructions. Observed disinfectant wipes present on top shelf above pack n play. Disinfectant wipes were relocated behind lock and key. |
