Observed mats used for napping were not labeled and one mat was torn with exposed absorbant cushioning.**If a mat is used, it shall be of a waterproof, washable material at least two inches thick. Section 17 (a).**A separate bed, cot, or mat, equipped with individual linen, shall be assigned and labeled for each child in care for more than four hours to use during rest periods.
