Repair slow draining hand washing sink in bathroom. Monitor discoloration and etching on faucet fixture on hand washing sink and highly recommend replacing faucet fixture on hand washing sink. Monitor fluctuation in water pressure at hand washing sink in bathrooms. Lavatories shall be easily cleanable, clean, in good repair, and kept free of storage. Section 13 (a). |

Patch holes in wall and repaint. Repair front screen door. Wipe/clean walls throughout where needed and touch-up paint walls throughout. Monitor and repair ceiling in front classroom. The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. Section 18 (c). General Comment: #50. Secure top section of playground fencing near entrance gate. GEneral cleaning of toys on the playground area. |
