Repeat Non Compliance: Observed hot water at bathroom hand sink at 119.3F. **Hot water to those areas accessible to children shall not be less than 90øF and shall not exceed 110øF. Section 9 (c).General comment: Observed 2 red chairs outside on deck cracked at backrest. Observed mats stored in hall with cracks starting on side seams. Monitor rips and if rips worsen, replace or repair.**Ms Green was present during inspection. |
