General Comment: #39. Cut grass on playground area when weather permits. Observed pallets containing wooden poles behind house within playground area. Finish installing poles and remove pallets or remove poles and pallets from premises. Observed blocks and brick stacked on concrete slab in back corner of yard/playground area. Recommend providing some type of boarder around concrete slab and playground area. Do not want block or bricks to fall on a child. Mrs. Pecola Knight present at time of inspection. |
