Wipe/clean wall in bathroom and classroom area. Patch hole behind door to classroom and touch-up paint. Wipe/clean window blind in bathroom.General Comment: Observed sanitizer solution in spray bottle stored between toilet and bath tub in bathroom. Store sanitizer solution five feet vertical distance out of reach of children. Sanitizer solution properly stored at time of inspection.Observed dogs in the back yard area where playground is located. Observed grounds and did not observe any dog fecal waste. *****Reminder****Clean and sweep yard for any dog fecal matter before children go out to play.
