General Comments

Ring buoy not easily accessible at time of inspection. Address so buoy can be reached by residents if needed. Currently blocked by bushes. 30 days to address or permit will be suspended. Glass bulbs in entry area outside of the pool barrier. Tie into building - glass bulbs overhang the pool deck. Verify that bulbs are shatterproof or remove from deck. 30 days to address or permit will be suspended. Pool motor replaced. No bond wire attached. Per operator, no permit has been pulled. Pool voluntarily closed until permit is pulled and passed. Will refer to Code Enforcement. If pool does not remain closed, the permit will be suspended by the Department. Once a permit has been pulled, provide electrical permit number to inspector. 23 - No flow meter on chlorinator. Install per NSF requirements. Intent to Suspend issued for record keeping, weir, depth markers and fence height.
