Repeat. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed Lysol wipes in reach of children in rooms B101, B203, B214, B216, and Art. Keep all hazardous items stored away from children. Adhere to storage instructions on labels of product. Wipes were stored near hand sink and on counter tops or microwaves in classrooms. |
