NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #3 - Observed water fountain with too high of pressure where water was splashing onto the floor. Observed water fountain nozzles with pink build-up near 1st floor gang restrooms. Observed water fountain that would not turn off by 1st floor gang restrooms. EHS could not get water to turn off by pressing buttons. **Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). **Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). #8 - Observed dust build-up on ceiling vents in men and women's upstairs restrooms, boys upstairs gang restroom #2, B107, and boys cafeteria restroom.
