-Repeat Non-Compliance: Observed disinfectant wipes stored unlocked and within reach of the students in several classrooms.Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).-GENERAL COMMENT: 4) Observed strong sewage smell in the Men's staff restroom upstairs (B241).
