Observed disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer stored unlocked and within reach of children in several classrooms. white out and rubber cement on teacher's desk in B113.15A NCAC 18A .2415 PREMISES: MISCELLANEOUS(b) Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards.General Comment: All storage needs to be off the floor. Make sure shelving is sealed in media storage room.Ms. Renee Gleaton present during inspection. |
