Observed metering hand sink in the men’s restroom unable to hold a continuous flow of water for at least 15 seconds. Ensure that this is repaired so that it can hold of flow of water for atleast 15 seconds.
PIC stated that the female restroom had the same issue, that was repaired just 2 days prior. PIC stated she would place a service request. |

Observed a presence of fruit flies in the kitchen specifically by the 3-Comp sink. Flies were not present on food or food contact surfaces. PIC stated that the facility has a pest control company in place.
