General Comments

12 - Noted some rusting on bulkhead and on estucheons on ladders. Keep fixtures in good repair. Clean to ensure no rusting surfaces. Noted: Water leak with bubbling paint and mold at main entry door (inside) to locker rooms). Men's swim locker room not accessible during inspection. Joe Brennan present during the inspection. No change in chlorinator. Automated system. Operator could not demonstrate flow detection. Observed hooked to pressure switch. Will verify on operating permit inspection.
