#3.Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. Continue to repair walls throughout in patients rooms and hallway area. Touch-up paint throughout and repaint throughout where needed. #34. Clean linen shall be stored and handled in a separate room or area, or in another manner that will prevent contamination of clean linen. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b). Observed clean linen bin not covered in general storage room area. Keep linen bin covered in general storage room area. #35.Patient contact items shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (c). Replace damaged arm rest on wheel chair. Thoroughly clean pill crusher on the 4th and 3rd floor.
