Clean wall in family room on 3rd floor. Wipe/clean wall and light switch in room 303 bathroom. Observed wall soiled in family room and in room 303 bathroom. Repair corner of wall in room 406 bathroom near hook where shower curtain is pulled back and stored. Observed ceiling damaged in bathroom in rooms 315 and 303. Make sure plumbing fixture on the floor above is not leaking. Repair and repaint damaged ceiling in bathrooms. Touch-up paint throughout in rooms where needed; if needed.

Clean side railing to bed in room 414. Dust top of wood fixture at head board of beds throughout in rooms. Clean head rest on chair in room 406. Clean over bed table in room 303. Repair cover on call bell/television remote in 303 or . replace. Thoroughly clean mattresses. Observed some debris on (1) mattress in room. Replace damaged chair in family on 3rd floor. #36.Clean base of drawer and interior ledge of drawer in nourishment room on 3rd floor. Detail clean interior of microwave in family room on 3rd floor. 36. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition. See rule .1320 (c).
All furniture, bed springs, mattresses, sleeping mats, draperies, curtains, shades, venetian blinds, or other furnishings in institutions shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (a). |

Observed sandwiches in a large zip loc bag and the large zip loc bag was labeled and dated. In the same refrigeration unit observed another large zip loc bag of sandwiches and exterior of bag or individual sandwiches were not labeled. Label and date individual sandwiches and not just the large zip loc bag. HAVE KITCHEN STAFF TO PROPERLY LABEL AND DATE MARK SANDWICHES/FOOD PRODUCTS! |
