Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water stained on ceiling tile near camera next to stairwell. Check for no active leaks. Replace the ceiling tiles. #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).- Observed several classrooms has disinfectant/cleaning items on the table/counter where is accessible to children. Keep all hazardous items that has label “Keep out of reach of children “ and extra “warning/caution” out of reach of children. - Head of custodian: Christian Lembi present during inspection
