No Points Deducted: #5. Observed the faucet in bathroom A132 not functioning properly. Adjust the faucet so that the cold water works for at least 15 seconds. Lavatory facilities shall be provided and installed as required by the N.C. State Building Code. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (a). Other: Observed an old table in the media center with chipping paint. Chemical Spot test for lead paint positive.
