The Water in the pitcher for the dough mixer was being obtained from a contaminated hose in need of cleaning. Hose was found resting inside the food storage pitcher. Instructions for the water was listed on the wall to use 60F temp water from this setup for the dough mixing. Food is to be protected from contamination. Pitcher removed and placed in ware wash to be cleaned. water discarded and hose removed and placed at the 3 comp sink .
