4-302.14 Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices (Pf). No sanitizer test strips available. Test strips shall be provided to ensure appropriate sanitizer concentrations. EHS provided a few test strips until nutrition site can obtain.
4-303.11 Cleaning Agents and Sanitizer, Availability (Pf). Sanitizer shall be provided to clean with during operating hours. EHS explained how to make sanitizer by diluting chlorine (plain bleach) and water. Chlorine sanitizer shall be between 50-200 ppm and concentration verified with test strip before use. |
