General Comments

OSV to pool for inspection and for in-field plan review. Mike Molle present. New filter installed. Observed differing pump from what listed on PDSC form. Impeller approval done by Aquatech. Impeller number matches that of an Intelliflo VSF, Intelliflo VS or Intelliflo 2 VST. All have same pump curve. Update PDSC form with correct model number for pump from approval done in 2019 by end of week. No suction hazard. In-field plan review was run on WFE-12, 3 hp pump which has same design and max flow (130/170 gpm) as the Intelliflo pumps. Observed TR140c filter installed. Pump change approved.
