Inspection conducted with inspector Anglecia Askew and Chris with maintenance. Pool recently re-plastered. Equalizer line plugged in the skimmer, eyeball fitting installed on equalizer line on pool wall. Facility is working to properly abandon equalizer line per state guidelines. Spa filtration pump not labeled. Observed Pentair Challenger pump with 1 HP motor. One eyeball fitting on spa jets damaged. Recommend replacing. Intent to suspend issued 8)
