ITS issued for non-operational chlorine feeder. General comment: EHS observed maintenance replacing door hardware such as self-closing devices at time of inspection. Due to maintenance, one door was not self-closing but PIC indicated the door would be fully repaired today. E. Freese will make return visit to lift ITS and will verify that all doors leading onto pool deck are self-closing and self-latching.
