Inspection conducted with CPO Ron Pauling. Emergency phone calls back to front desk. Ensure front desk is staffed whenever the pool is open. New Pentair Superflo VST #342002 pump installed. .2510(b) Equipment replacement shall comply with Rules .2514 through .2524 and shall be approved by the Department prior to installation. - Immediate suspension item. Will need to submit in-field plan review application for approval. No electrical permit on file for newly installed pump. G.S. 130A-2(3) Electrical permit and passing inspection from Code Enforcement. There is an eyeball fitting below skimmer that does not seem to do anything. Ensure it is NOT tied to the skimmer equalizer line. If it is, it will need to be plugged per state guidelines. Emailed copy of In-Field Plan Review and Pool Drain Safety Data Compliance forms to the facility.
