General Comments

ITS for records, weirs, flow meter. Contact Marie Daley at 704-507-6806 when corrected to lift ITS. Main drains (2 Aquastar A8R101, 2 Paramount SDX Retro) expire March 2020. Submit updated PDSC form for approval and replace prior to expiration to avoid permit suspension. Permit will NOT be issued for 2020 without replacement. Operator stated electrician repaired pump wiring noted in last visit. Advised electrical permits from Code Enforcement are required for electrical work. Did not observe hazard or change at time of visit. General Comment: 14) Spa timer reading over 15 minutes when turned on (18:36 on timer), but jets not staying on or working properly. Ensure repair of this item meets the rule: .2537 A timer switch that allows no more than 15 minutes of operation without manual resetting shall be used to control air blowers and hydrotherapy pumps on heated spas.
