Observed primary emergency phone non-functional. Secondary phones were available in the locker rooms. They were tested and would provide contact to local 911 and could be called back. The call back number has call forwarding to provide 24/7 answering of the phones according to the facility staff. They will be used until the primary phone is fixed.
