Permit Issued. Eric Johansson and Mike Molle present during inspection. No signature due to covid restrictions. Observed 6HPHAxxx EQ line cover on equalizer line. Used existing cover from pool. Verified new pump for filtration set at 2350 RPM - permit restriction. General Comment - Some screws beginning to rust on drain covers on spa wall. Replace where needed. Locker rooms approved with renovation.
