Observed jet pump to be changed out to Pentair Whisperflo VFT model 011533. Not the same as current paperwork. Operator is waiting for electrician approval and will submit updated information to health department. Jet pump will remain off and not operable until PDSC form is approved and all permits pulled. Main drains expire May 2024. Replace and submit PDSC form for approval PRIOR to expiration to avoid permit action. Inspection with Mahdi El Hafidi
