30 Day intent to suspend (ITS) for 1/2” gap at spa deck grouting and loose coping piece at spa pool deck. Intent to suspend issued. Observed maintenance needed on VAC alert valve. Have both VAC alert systems tested and recorded in records monthly. Observed 2x ventilation covers in need of cleaning. Inspection conducted with Stacie Rhea and Gary Tester present. Changed to “W” ITS status.
