General Comments

Inspection conducted with Steve Hoyt. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection not signed by maintenance. Label not observed on both pumps. Verified Sta-Rite pump with 2 HP motor. Observed bromine tablets in the skimmer. G.S. 130A-2(3) Disinfectants shall be safely applied to the spa per manufacturer's instructions. In this case through the brominator. Observed one the screws loose on the main drain. Two other screws tightly securing the drain cover. Ensure that screws are securely installed. Failure to fully install all screws by next inspection will result in an immediate suspension. Rock in skimmer basket. Use only NSF approved skimmers and weighted skimmers. Heavy foam when jets were on. Recommend backwashing the filter, adding enzymes to the filter to break up oils, or draining and refilling the spa. Liquid acid stored in buckets labeled as containing bromine. Ensure chemicals are properly stored in properly labeled containers. Immediate suspension issued. G.S. 130A-2(3) Scheduled to reinspect tomorrow at 8:00 AM.
