General CommentsInspection conducted with maintenance regional Matt Steller. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. New pump motors installed for spa jet and spa filtration pumps, electrical permits obtained. E3709698 passed 7-7-2020, E3837930 passed 10-2-2020. Emergency call back goes to the front desk. Ensure that front desk is always attended or reroute emergency phone call backs to the emergency phone. Permits posted are expired. Go to Meckpools.Charmeck.org to print current permits and post in the pool area. Equalizer line cover expires April 25, 2021. Replace with APSP-16 2017 approved cover or abandon the equalizer line per state guidelines. Fill line manual fill through check valve. Does not meet ASSE rating of .2512 (listed as ASSE1015). If ever replaced, replace with approved check valve. Much of the spa plaster has eroded away, leaving mostly Pebbletec aggregate behind, surface very rough. Surface is brown, and appears to be too dark now to meet requirements. Recommend replastering the spa. Ensure that new plaster meets .2514 and is of white or light colored material. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” Intent to suspend issued 5)
