General Comments

Inspection completed with Juan Miranda, Dan Duncan, and Corey Gallian present. Note- bonding wire could not be located for the spa jet pump. The facility has agreed to maintain the spa jet pump OFF until a bonding wire is installed and an electrical inspection is completed. Permit conditions- Filtration flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall not exceed 119 GPM due to drain cover flow restriction. Suction hazard. Minimum turnover is 54 GPM. Jet flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall not exceed 119 GPM due to drain cover flow restriction. Suction hazard.
