13 - Contrasting color band on steps not 2" thick. Original construction. If ever retiled, ensure 2" thick band per rule requirement. .2524 - ventilation not operable. Repair ventilation Fan running with electrical drop cord running across floor. Floor wet. Due not run electrical cords directly across wet pool deck due to electrical hazard. Unplugged during the inspection. Daniel Osucha present during the inspection.
