5 - DPD2 expired. Replaced during the inspection. 22 - Emergency phone faint. Operator and EHS were still able to communicate. Operator indicated EHS was hard to hear. Recommend replacing phone or repairing so that 911/EHS is clearly audible. Inspection completed with Joe Ellis. Intent to Suspend issued for: .2532 - repaint 2" contrasting color band to edge of step and bench .2528 - repair right door to self-close, self-latch.
