21 - Night lighting expires 2023. New night lighting verification required. Photograph documentation will suffice. Pool has had ample lighting in past. Provide photograph documentation for new night swimming approval. Immediate Suspension issued for chlorine. Once corrected to at least 1.0 ppm through the chlorinator, contact Katie to re-open the pool. Operator shocked pool while onsite without EHS knowledge. Pool shall remain closed at least one turnover before a return visit can be made.
