6 - Main drain covers discolored. Drain covers due to be replaced by April 2022. Replace drain covers by September 1, 2021. Per mfg. requirements, yellowing of drain covers requires replacement. Submit new pdsc form once drain covers are replaced. Recommend replacing equalizer line covers at same time as main drain covers. Both due April 2022. 23 - No flow meter on chlorinator. Install per NSF requirement. Original construction. Dontae Johnson present during the inspection.
