Inspection completed with Kiran Hanson present. Observed area on pool floor next to stairs where plaster is beginning to chip. Continue to monitor and repair if area continues to degrade. GM Tim Venable indicated the plaster replacement is scheduled to take place in 2nd quarter of 2024.
