General CommentsInspection conducted with hotel staff, maintenance not in yet. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection not signed by hotel staff. Observed pool pump set at speed 3. NOTE: Main drains and equalizer line covers expire March 31, 2022. Prior to expiration, will need to replace with new, APSP-7 approved covers and provide updated PDSC form to our office. Emergency phone number is for the front desk. Recommend having emergency phone number call back to the emergency phone on the pool deck in the event of a dropped call. Loud clicking on the emergency phone line when I tested it. Recommend checking the phone and the line. Shower broken, maintain in good condition. Observed some holes in the plaster, exposing the pool shell. Maintain in good condition, will need to replaster if it continues to deteriorate.
