General CommentsInspection conducted with inspector Osiel Gonzalez Alanis and hotel staff. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by hotel staff. Facility continues to have issues with the Ecolab Automatic chlorinator. On today's visit unit was reading and was set at 7.4 for pH and ORP of 710. Unit did not feed any chemicals during our inspection. I would highly recommend completely replacing this unit with a new unit or a different type of chlorinator. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” Immediate suspension issued 2) 3) Contact Will Harrison (704-507-6824) for reinspection when issues have been corrected.
