General CommentsOBSERVED THE PUMP MOTOR TO BE SWAPPED. MOTOR IS STILL A 1.5HP MOTOR AND HAS THE GROUND WIRE CONNECTED. AN ELECTRICAL INSPECTION FOR THIS WAS NOT PERFORMED. THIS WORK REQUIRES AN ELECTRICAL INSPECTION/PERMITTING FROM CHARLOTTE-MECKLENBURG CODE ENFORCEMENT FOR ELECTRICAL WORK. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT THE POOL BE CLOSED UNTIL THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTION IS PERFORMED AND IS PASSED. OPERATION OF THE PUMP AND MOTOR WITHOUT PASSING ELECTRICAL INSPECTION IS AT THE RISK OF THE FACILITY AND STAFF. POOL MAIN DRAIN COVERS AND EQUALIZER LINE COVERS WILL EXPIRE IN APRIL 2025. THEY MUST BE REPLACED WITH PROPER COVERS THAT WILL HANDLED THE FLOW RATE OF THE SYSTEM AND THE PDSC PAPERWORK SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE COVERS. BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A NEW FLOW RATING STANDARD AS OF 2017 AND THAT FLOW RATES FOR COVER MODELS MAY HAVE CHANGED. DOUBLE CHECK ANY NEW COVERS TO MAKE SURE THEY WILL PROPERLY HANDLE THE FLOW RATE.
