Permit Restriction: Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 106 gpm or pump speed required at 3450 RPM. Turnover not met due to flow restriction of the filter. Pump was adjusted to maintain 93 GPM with flow meter to meet flow on PDSC form. POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. C. ELMORE VERIFIED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS New Pump Pentair Intelliflo3 VSF, 3 hp pump (011076) Aquastar Flow Meter PM30 on 3” pipe with at least 15” straight run pipe before the flow meter and 6” after the flow meter. 3” main drain, skimmer and return line Lawson MLD-SG-0909 2017 drain covers Pentair TR140 filter 14 returns, either on the wall or floor (6) skimmers AS WELL AS PDSC FORM AND THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTION. POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED PERMIT DECAL. POST PERMIT DECAL AND PAPER POOL PERMIT DOCUMENT AT THE POOL. THE PAPER PERMIT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS ON THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT POOL WEBSITE.
