Inspection completed with CJ Bergensten. Observed night lighting around perimeter of pool flickering and not fully functional. Correct within 30 days or night swim permit may be revoked. Observed emergency telephone capable of dialing 911 and interacting with operator but the phone is incapable of receiving calls. Correct within 30 days or permit may be suspended. Intent to suspend permit issued for loose underwater light fixture. Repair within 30 days.
