General Comments#5 Pool has 3 skimmers and CPO had reported that Caribbean Pools had plugged all of the equalizer lines/ (lines were drained of water). K. Wilson approved a new PDSC form earlier today (6/2/17) by K. Wilson reflecting this change. EHS observed that the equalizer lines on all 3 skimmers had in fact been plugged inside the skimmers & on the pool wall. EHS observed a Pentair Intelliflo pump/ 3HP and 2 Aquastar WAV12WR main drain covers; hence, EHS field verified that the new PDSC form information (as indicated above) to be correct. GC #15 EHS field book indicates that 18' throw rope is required. EHS & CPO measured pool width @ 16.5'. Throw rope shall be 1.5 x maximum width of pool or 50' whichever is less. 16.6' x 1.5 = 24.75'. Throw rope re-established to 25'. Observed new ring buoy & new 25' throw rope attached while EHS on-site. GC #33 CPO & EHS unable to locate hose bib within 50' of restroom (for use w/ restroom floor cleaning, etc.) See .2526(d). Note: EHS observed ground level windows that are present on pool & spa deck/ courtyard enclosure. Ground level windows shall be protected by audible alarms or may not open greater than 4" on to pool deck. ***EHS recommends that the apt complex management contact their phone carrier & request that a notation be added to the emergency phone number which would allow the 911 operator that the call is originating specifically from Courtyard C pool (@ 2225 Hawkins Street). INTENT TO SUSPEND issued for #25.
