General Comments

Ensure that the depth markings remain in good condition and easy to read. Ensure that records are available showing when the main drain screws were replaced. The 10 year period for the main drains is up in April 2019. After that month, the main drains must be inspected as per the specifications of the drains and must also be inspected one time a year every year thereafter. These inspections must be documented.
