General CommentsInspection conducted with Alfredo Lima. Permit suspended due to cyanuric acid levels significantly greater than 100ppm. Reduce levels and maintain at less than 100 ppm. Once corrected, call Hope McIntosh at 980-229-7549 to request a return visit. Pool must remain closed with signs indicating no swimming until permit is re-instated. At that time, EHS will evaluate decking tile offsets. If offsets greater than 1/2” remain, a 30 day intent to suspend the permit may be issued. Emergency Kings III system remains inoperable. Temporary phone installed, however, is cordless. Replace with phone that is fixed in place if Kings III will no be used going forward. EHS will evaluate emergency phone system upon return. PDSC has been approved for both feature pump systems. Permit restriction requiring these systems to be turned off is lifted.
