General CommentsInspection conducted with operator, Stephen Gray. Intent to suspend the permit issued due to inoperable flow meter. Current permit will expire on 4/30/2023. In order for permit to be renewed and pool to continue to operate beyond that date, flow meter must be repaired and verified by EHS. PDSC for drain cover change out on feature pump system is not yet approved by the department. Feature pump system observed to be off during inspection. Operating permit will not be issued until PDSC has been approved and system evaluated by EHS. Motor change for feature pump noted with same 2HP replacement. Operator noted that 3rd party electrician conducted install but they were not aware if permit pulled or finaled for project. Provide information on electrical permit finalization prior to permit issuance. Communication between Caribbean Pools and this department indicated that impeller change may have taken place. This will need to be verified prior to permit issuance. Nights swimming not approved. Call Hope McIntosh at 980-229-7549 once items are all in compliance and pool is ready for re-visit.
