Inspection completed with Alfredo Lima present. No signature due to COVID. Intent to suspend permit issued for automatic chlorinator not turning off when circulation pump has no flow. Repair within 30 days or permit may be suspended. Observed throw rope connected to ring buoy beginning to fray. Replace rope within 30 days. Observed grounding wire disconnected from circulation pump. CDI- reaffixed.
