General Comments

Observation was made on one pool ladder and two hand rails slightly loose but could not be removed by hand. During inspection VIOP configuration calls 911 operator to only see the out of state number on the screen. This configuration can delay 911 response time. The number on the sign is correct but 911 operator can not verify the front desk number.
