General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Rodney Searcy and Chris Palladino. Inspection led by inspector Maddie Denoncour. Emergency phone calls back to front desk. Ensure someone is at the front desk whenever the pool is open. Pool has a permit for night swimming. Verified all lights on night swimming from were in good working order. Screws for main drains discolored. Ensure main drains are secured with stainless steel screws installed per manufacturer’s instructions. No label observed on pool pump. Verified Pentair Challenger pump with 2 HP motor. Observed motor for pool pump recently changed out. Electrical permit E4521713 passed inspection 11-6-2023. Electrical whip to pool motor not fully installed, wiring exposed. Ensure wiring is properly installed by a licensed electrician. Intent to suspend issued 8)
