.2539(c) All pools, prior to permit issuance, shall provide documentation to the Department to verify suction outlet safety compliance.
.2539(d) All drain covers shall be kept in good condition. Missing, broken, or cracked fittings shall be replaced or reattached before the pool should be used.
Paddock drain cover screws are expired and had to have been replaced by Feb 1. EHS observed screws not changed. Operator changed screws and provided health department with documentation. No permit action. |
