General Comments

PDSC information verified in-field. The pool emergency phone number posted (704.551.5470) was different than the number 9-1-1 had on file. The 9-1-1 operator had the front desk # of 704.551.6800 on file. Employees indicated there is a front desk attendant anytime the pool is open. The front desk number was also added to the sign posted at the emergency phone. **Facilities paddock drain covers expired in December 2018. Facility must provide verification that screws have been checked/replaced by end of business on 11/12/2019 or the pool permit will be suspended until the screws have been verified/replaced.**
